Begrudgingly perhaps, but even the most dyed-in-the-wool Labor voter would be lining up to acclaim the concept of government sponsored, non-taxable forced savings for our youth. (Child’s pay, 13/3). Many of us have the most liquidity after retirement, when our health might curtail too much twilight adventure and entertainment. We sacrifice our health before retirement to earn a fortune, only to spend it all regaining some fitness later.
