At a time when much TAFE land is sold across NSW, we must acclaim NSW Premier Dominic Perrottet for recycling the Glebe morgue into an ambulance superstation. (Morgue to gain new life, 1/11). Hardly a restful place even temporarily for the dead, this new land use is an interesting version of a 21st century resurrection from our religious Premier. Hopefully, ambulance recruits doing the night shifts don’t discover the place overly haunted by the ghosts of the unfairly dispatched. Alan Sexton, North Parramatta. 2Nov2021.
