I pay tribute to the emergency services, who suffered a death with two others injured on Wednesday. No words can suitably evoke a community’s gratitude. Beyond Blue recently released a survey noting the high incidence of PTSD within the emergency services. The suicide rate for the people in these services was 14 times above the average.
