Three cheers to Anthony Field for relaunching his career in the entertainment industry by seeking to own a team in the best game on the planet. (It’s the buy of the tiger, 11/5). I’m sure he is not the only fan who aspires to own his own team. His suggestion that Western Australia enter the NRL competition by relocating the West’s name while Balmain is reborn under his ownership is an excellent outcome. Unfortunately, the existing Tigers team resonates with Wiggles hits like “Shaky Shaky”, their version of “Six months in a leaky boat” or, worse “Yawn, Yawn, Yawn”. Hopefully this all comes to fruition, lest another Wiggles hit song comes true: “We’re playing a trick on the captain”.
