(“Owners are now Tapt into the radio”, DT, 24/3). Whether tapping kegs or tapping into commercial media to update our latest news, Tapt Media brings the hotel and radio world together brilliantly. Trading hotel billiard cues for ad cues, it won’t be too hard for Arthur Laundy to adjust to the lingo. At last Ben Fordham’s many questionable results of “pub tests” might now be properly accessed in-house. That’s credibility worth buying. Trading drink mixers for audio mixers, this should be an easy segue for the popular Laundys. Those hoping for fewer ads on 2GB might be happy too if opposition pubs advertise elsewhere.
