Opposition legal affairs spokesman Michael Daley is right to question the motivation behind the DPP dropping all charges against Dr Charlie Teo’s daughter. (Late call on Teo charges, 24/6). Automatism is defined in law as a disorder of motor activity, resulting in involuntary actions. Justice must be openly practised so it is seen to be done properly every time.
